So what you are saying is you will not really lead. . . and if you do lead you will be pulled in favor of a lessor leader, and when that lessor leader starts to lead, a third string leader will be brought in to lead for you?
And at the end you will not fire your head coach, you will fire your GM so the new GM has to fire Fat Rex and hope to hell Fat Rex doesnt eat him??
