turtle beach's

i have the cheap turtle beach's... but im running HDMI and hooked them up but cant get the voices in my earphones...im running the red and white on the audio out main and can hear music and stuff just fine but not the team members can some please help me out here......thanks a mil

what is the model #
Turtle Beaches should have the ability to hear the game and the communication.
Have you checked the XBOX settings, I use mine for the PS3 so it might be different

i have the xlc i need to look in my box i read that there might be an adaptor for this i guess they discontued it in the newer models....
