| So I picked up an LG Optimus U from U.S Cellular last week and personally I really love the phone! Love the android operating system and all the apps. One thing I cannot freaking stand though is the battery life! It blows fat ones! I have to recharge my phone in the middle of the day and then again all night. So I was wondering if there is anything out there that can help me save battery to where it will last at least a whole day! I have downloaded an app called battery doctor and It helps a little because it can kill all running apps at the touch of a button but it honestly hasn't helped save battery from dying mid day! Here is a link if your wondering what an LG Optimus U is: http://www.dungz.com/lg-optimus-u-review.html _________________ |

| You can put screen savers on some pones that will kick the crap out of your battery. And if it is like the blackberry you can tell it to go into battery saver mode when its in the holster. Be carteful what apps you are running. those may be the culprit

| Yea dim the backlight and timer to 1 minute try not using Bluetooth if you don't really use it, SOme apps are run in the background like Location one's Gps tracker, If you not using it turn them off.If your using a slim batt upgrade it _________________ |
